
Business and Personal Coaching
Coaching is a structured process where a coach supports a person (the coachee) in achieving their personal or professional goals. The coach asks targeted questions, provides feedback, and helps the coachee develop new perspectives and find their own solutions. A coach believes that every person carries the solution within themselves and supports them in making these solutions visible.
My coaching is based on scientific methods and ethical standards established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ICF is a globally highly recognized organization in the coaching field and sets the highest standards in terms of quality, ethics, and professionalism.
Coaching is neither therapy nor consultation.
It is a goal-oriented and highly effective form of reflection between adults. This "craft" enables sustainable, visible, and tangible changes.

What to expect
A coaching session lasts 60 minutes. The frequency of sessions is tailored to your specific needs and goals. A bi-weekly to monthly rhythm has proven very effective as it provides enough space to apply what has been learned between sessions and reflect on progress. Depending on the complexity of the topic, 4-8 sessions are usually sufficient. All sessions are available via Teams or Zoom. This offers you maximum flexibility.
Between sessions, I am available for questions via email and WhatsApp.

How do we get started?
We arrange a free initial consultation.
In this conversation, we get to know each other and clarify your goals and expectations for coaching.
If you decide to proceed with coaching after the conversation, you'll receive a coaching agreement and order confirmation. Then we'll schedule the first coaching sessions and begin.
