Mindfulness and Mindfulness Training
Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally. This kind of attention nurtures greater awareness, clarity, and acceptance of present-moment reality. It wakes us up to the fact that our lives unfold only in moments."
Jon Kabat-Zinn

Mindfulness as a proven method
Jon Kabat-Zinn is largely responsible for mindfulness being recognized today as a scientifically-based and accepted method for better dealing with the challenges of fast-paced life. The practice of mindfulness offers numerous positive aspects that represented a real turning point for me personally.

Stress Management
Mindfulness can help reduce stress and find better emotional balance. Scientific studies show that mindfulness techniques are effective in reducing stress and anxiety.
Improved Concentration
In a world full of distractions, mindfulness helps improve our ability to concentrate and focus on one topic
Emotional Resilience
Mindfulness promotes emotional resilience by teaching us to observe and accept our thoughts and feelings without judgment.
Health Benefits
Regular mindfulness practice has positive effects on physical health, including improving the immune system and reducing chronic pain.
Better Relationships
Mindfulness makes us more empathetic and attentive to others.
Stress management through mindfulness
I was intensively trained in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). This knowledge helps me work more effectively in my coaching sessions. Upon request, I teach my coachees how to independently apply mindfulness techniques in everyday life and give presentations on stress reduction, MBSR, and mindfulness.
